Grasshopper within Rhino 6 can be used in two main ways :

One – To create different designs using the same concept by changing the parameters. E.g. Number of folds on a surface

Two – Reduce the time span of repetitive tasks using the same algorithm with different geometries in different designs. E.g. Designs to be placed in a gallery

Grasshopper is now used extensively in Architecture and Product Design and is upcoming in the Jewelry Industry.

Part 1 comprises of the introduction the software, its components, their connections, their color-coding, the basic concepts of data generation, pattern creation, defining logic in the script, transformations of objects and most importantly how the data flows using data lists and data trees.

How long do I have access to the course materials?
You can view and review the lecture materials indefinitely, like an on-demand channel.
Can I take my courses with me wherever I go?
Definitely! If you have an internet connection, courses on Udemy are available on any device at any time. If you don't have an internet connection, some instructors also let their students download course lectures. That's up to the instructor though, so make sure you get on their good side!
